global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Defiance Airport Authority and The County Commissioners Office are pleased to announce two types of hunting allowed on the airport property.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Archery Hunting (North Woods \u2013 consistent with DNR seasonal Dates)<\/li>\n<li>Nuisance Permit (Airport Deer Management Program \u2013 Year-round)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Archery Hunting<\/h4>\n<p>Archery deer hunting is permitted by obtaining a permission slip from the County Commissioners Office. To participate in this program the hunter is required to attend a safety briefing and comply with property specific requirements. This program is an annual program and limited to 5 individuals a year.
